Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Every LA CASA Homewares order is sent with care by our partner at Mainfreight Australia in Moorebank, NSW.
Goods are shipped via our delivery partner Australia Post & Startrack, with fees calculated in real-time at checkout. For orders shipped within Australia, we offer complimentary express shipping when you spend $300.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders asap, within one to two business days. Please allow an extra 1 – 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched and a few days longer during busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday & Boxing Day Sales.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse team to process your order. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney Warehouse located at 7 Marcus Place, Moorebank NSW and we take pride and great care to deliver your order with care.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email confirmation via Shopify to help trace your order. Delivery timeframes are only estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays via Australia Post or customs holds. Any delays relating to courier partners is outside LA CASA Homewares Aus Pty Ltd's control.

DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and La Casa Homewares has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.
