Refund policy
General Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but can issue you a credit note, valid for 12 months. We do offer refunds for damaged or faulty goods, items that are faulty or damaged need to be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Items should be returned new, unused and in the original La Casa Homewares packaging, no other packaging will be accepted. Returned items that have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Our returns policy is strictly 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period has lapsed.
Faulty Items
We always aim to provide all our La Casa Homewares customers with amazing products of the highest quality and we do our best to check all items and package them with care before they are sent off to you. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, please email us right away and provide a photo/s showing the defect/fault and we'll do our best to replace the item straight away or issue you a refund or credit note.

Important Information
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
