LA CASA Homewares Aus Pty Ltd, does not offer refunds on Wholesale Pre-Order items for change of mind. All Pre-Order item purchases are final sale and all custom orders made as a bespoke order are not entitled to refunds. Wholesale orders do not have the same terms and conditions of an online ecommerce sale.

If you have purchased a WHOLESALE PRE ORDER ITEM, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date and shipping timeframe for that item. During discounts and busy sale periods there can be further delays when ordering Pre-Order items and there are shipping delays outside the control of LA CASA Homewares which apply to sea freight timelines, LCL limited availability and customs delays. If you do not pay for your own bespoke Airfreight or Seafreight from overseas, then where possible LA CASA Homewares will endeavour to send your order with its own international shipments.

If there is a problem with your order, then a member of the wholesale team or international freight team will get in touch with you personally and you will not receive a Shopify generated tracking link.
